Kaminski marque was famous in Poland before WW II. There were two independent Kaminski factories in Warsaw, which belonged to Kaminski brothers: Jan and Adam. Polish Bicycle Factory Adam Kaminski, established in 1923, was based in Warsaw at Karolkowa 16 street, and their shop was at Zlota 62. In 30s, the factory was moved to buildings at Wolska 51. Adam Kamiński was employing 120-200 workers. He was selling sport and tourist models; his sport bicycles weren’t the best of this time, but tourist bicycles became very popular. Affordable prices and rate payment system were important factor, too. Adam Kaminsky factory was producing mainly frames and forks; hubs, saddles and other equipment was imported or bought from other Polish manufacturers.

Pomeranian Bicycle Factory of Jan Kaminsky was based in Warsaw at Karolkowa 62. They produced top quality sport bicycles and speciality vehicles, like rickshaws and threewheelers. Their best selling bicycle was special tourist bicycle Type 3, with big wheels, long frame (68 cm) and profiled shock-absorbing fork. It was designed for bad roads and it was so popular, that it made 90% of total factory production.
