Civilian version of Cleveland motorcycle (compare: Cleveland 1918) from 1923. Both fenders with full valances, 26 x 3 in. tyres, electric head and tail lamps lighted from magneto. Color scheme: petrol tank and toolbox in royal blue, wheels - cream, other elements - black.
